1 Chop kale, Swiss chard or Collard greens. Place in a large pot with about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until wilted (about 5 minutes). Drain and toss with Asian-Dijon Dressing.
2 Asian-Dijon Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a blender jar and process until smooth.
Hints: Heat the greens mixed with the dressing briefly after tossing. This is also great chilled for serving later.
