Mexi Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 15 ounce can kidney beans, undrained
  • 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, undrained
  • 16 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • several dashes Tabasco sauce

Directions

Place the onion and water in a medium soup pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
