Lemon-Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 Cup
Water
1/4 Cup
Tahini (or 3 tablespoons hulled sesame seeds)
3 Tbsp
Lemon juice
1 Tbsp
Lemon zest (optional)
1/8 Tsp
Garlic powder
1/8 Tsp
Cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix until smooth. Add a bit more water as needed to thin.
