Vine ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges, seeds removed
1/4 Cup
Red onion, julienne
1/2 Head
Baby iceberg, shredded
1/2 Each
Serrano chili, seed and cut fine julienne
1 Tsp.
Roasted garlic, smashed
1 Pinch
Hot dried chili flakes
1 Batch
Salad dressing
To Taste
Salt and pepper
1/4 Cup
Chopped parsley

Combine the ingredients and season to taste.
