Creamy Dill Tofu Dip
I always have a batch of this in the refrigerator. My boys love it with steamed broccoli.
Serves: Makes 3 cups
Prep Time: 300 min
Cook Time: 5 min
1 Tofu Sour Cream 2 12.3 ounce packages silken tofu 4 tablespoons lemon juice 3 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt
2 Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld, one day is even better.
