Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
2 Cups
Powdered sugar
1/4 Cup
Cocoa powder
1/4 - 1/3 Cup
Non-dairy milk
1/4 Tsp
Vanilla
Directions
Place the confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Mix well. Stir in 1/4 cup of the non-dairy milk and the vanilla and mix well. Add the remaining non-dairy milk a little at a time until the frosting is a spreadable consistency. Use to frost cakes or brownies.
