Breakfast Apple Rice

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350F.
2 Combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish with a cover.
3 Bake in a conventional oven for 45 minutes or in the microwave oven for 10 minutes at full power, stirring once halfway through the cooking time.
4 Serve hot.
