Dijon Spinach Salad

Prep: 5 minutes



  • 10 ounce package triple-washed spinach
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Asian-Dijon Dressing (recipe in Dressings)


Trim the spinach stems and tear into bite-size pieces. Add the onion and mushrooms and toss to mix. Pour the dressing over and toss again. Serve at once.
