- 2-15 ounce cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups fat-free spaghetti sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and serve.
