Cena

La cena clásica de “La solución es el almidón” es 80% almidón (papas, batatas, arroz, porotos, maiz o choclo y legumbres). Una Buena ensalada con un condiment SIN aceite siempre es buena antes del plato principal. El uso de las especias es altamente aconsejado para que la comida sea sabrosa. En el programa del Dr. McDougall NUNCA se cocina con sal. La sal (si la persona decide usarla) se añade sobre la comida ya cocida para realzar el gusto y se usa en minima cantidad.

Los elementos principales son la fibra, el agua y los nutrientes, todo de muy bajo contenido calórico que ayuda a perder peso. Asegúrese de comer porciones abundantes hasta que usted se sienta completamente satisfecho. Recuerde que en el programa del Dr. McDougall no se mide ni se pesa lo que se come. Las personas comen la cantidad que desean tantas veces al día como desean, siempre y cuando se mantengan bajo los parametros del programa de nutrición especificado.
