Chu’s Corn Soup
During the early weekends of our McDougall Live-In Programs, lunch was always a highlight thanks to the now-closed Gary Chu’s Chinese Restaurant. They created a special corn soup just for our participants, and over the years we received countless requests for the recipe. Using the chef’s original guidance, we tested and refined it in our own kitchen—and we’re thrilled with how it turned out. This comforting soup works beautifully as a simple lunch or as one of the dishes in a larger meal.
