Mashed Potatoes with Fat Free Golden Gravy

Potatoes are a staple for all of us on the McDougall team. We have found that the best way to stay on track is to keep foods on hand, like potatoes, that can be made quickly and deliciously into meals without fuss.

10 Simple Ways to Eat Potatoes (or Sweet Potatoes or Yams) from the McDougall Team

  1. 1.Baby Gold potatoes (roasted, steamed, boiled) dipped in mustard, KetchupHummus or Salsa

  2. 2. Mashed Potatoes with Fat Free Golden Gravy

  3. 3. Baked Russets (bake a whole tray, they make great snacks as leftovers) with a Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods soup cup

  4. 4. Hash Browns (no oil) cooked in a non-stick pan or in the oven. Top with salsa, ketchup or BBQ sauce
