This is a creamy, slightly spicy sauce that is wonderful with raw veggies, or drizzled over tacos.
Serves: Makes 3 cups

1 Place the tofu in a food processor and process until fairly smooth. Add the tofu sour cream and process until very creamy. Add the package of seasoning mix and process until blended. Pour into a covered container and refrigerate for an hour or two to allow flavors to blend.
