Szechwan Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups
Water
5-6
Green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp
Soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
Cornstarch
3/4 Tbsp
Ginger, minced
1 Clove
Garlic, crushed
1/8 Tsp
Crushed red pepper
Dash
Hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened and clear, about 5 minutes.
