1 Place the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, water, and capers in a food processor and process until smooth.
2 Place the vinegar in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Add the spinach and stir for another minute. Season with the pepper.
3 Split the buns in half. Spread the garbanzo mixture evenly over the top and bottom of the buns. Place the spinach mixture in between, close up, and eat.
