15 Ounce Can White beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 Cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 Cup Fat-free dressing of your choice
1 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
10 Ounce Bag Mixed salad greens
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well to mix. Serve at once.
HINT: Make this with other kinds of canned beans. Add other fresh vegetables as desired.
