Fresca Bean Salad

Ingredients
15 Ounce Can
Black beans, drained and rinsed

Medium carrot, shredded
1/2
Small red onion, minced
1 Cup
Cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp
Fresh cilantro, diced
1
Avocado, diced
1/2
Lime, juiced
1 Tsp
Cumin
1 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic granules or powder
2 Pinches Or To Taste
Cayenne pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the beans, carrots, onion, tomato cilantro and avocado. Stir in the lime juice and spices. Stir well.
