Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 Cup
Red pepper, chopped
1/8 Cup
Green onions, chopped
1/8 Cup
Dijon mustard
1/8 Cup
Tofu mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Shallots, chopped
1 Tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp
Honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp
Prepared horseradish
1/2 Tsp
Lemon juice
Dash
Salt
Dash
Tabasco sauce
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped and quite saucy.
