Oatmeal Dessert

Ingredients
2 Cups
Rolled oats
4 Cups
Water
1/2 Cup
Raisins
1 Tbsp
Vanilla
1/8 Tsp
Mace
1/8 Tsp
Ground coriander
2 Cups
Sliced peaches-fresh or canned in their own juice
Directions
Combine the first six ingredients in a 2 quart casserole, mixing well. Arrange the peaches over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
