Ingredients
3 Cups
Soy milk
1/2 To 1 Cup
Raw cashew nuts
1/2 To 3/4 Cup
Maple syrup
2 Teaspoons
Vanilla
To Taste
Freshly grated nutmeg
To Taste
Brandy (optional)
Directions

Puree milk, cashews, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender until creamy and frothy.

Grate nutmeg and blend again.

Add brandy if desired. Chill for several hours. Pour into glasses and grate additional nutmeg on top.
