2 Cups Ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 Tsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Warm water
Several Twists Freshly ground pepper
1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. This will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
