Mango Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients
1 Cup
Fresh raspberries
2-3
Mangos, peeled and chunked
1 Teaspoon
Sugar
¬Ω Teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar
¬Ω Teaspoon
Guar gum (to thicken)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Let rest for about 30 minutes to thicken.

Will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
