Cornbread

Ingredients
Directions
1 Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2 Whisk milk, vinegar, syrup and applesauce.
3 Stir together dry and wet ingredients. Add corn. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch silicone baking dish.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
5 Slice into squares and serve with Chili.
