Cornbread

Ingredients
2 Cups
Cornmeal
1 Cup
All-purpose flour
2 Tsp
Baking powder
1/2 Tsp
Salt
2 Cups
Non-dairy milk
2 Tsp
Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp
Pure maple syrup
1/2 Cup
Applesauce
1 Cup
Frozen corn, thawed and drained
Directions

Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Whisk milk, vinegar, syrup and applesauce.

Stir together dry and wet ingredients. Add corn. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch silicone baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Slice into squares and serve with Chili.
