Ingredients: 1 Cup Cashew Creme; 1/3 Cup Maple syrup; 1 Tbsp Brandy (optional); 1 Vanilla bean, split; Pinch Salt; 1-2 Tbsp Sugar (optional)

Ingredients

1 Cup Cashew Creme

1/3 Cup Maple syrup

1 Tbsp Brandy (optional)

1 Vanilla bean, split

Pinch Salt

1-2 Tbsp Sugar (optional)

Directions

1 In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat while stirring frequently with a wooden spoon. As it heats, it will thicken. The sauce is ready when it is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon.
