Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients
1 Cup
Vegetable broth
4 Tbsp
White miso soybean paste
6 Tsp
Ginger, microplaned (grated)
3-4 Small Cloves
Garlic, minced
Directions

Place dressing ingredients in a saucepan, over medium heat. Continuously whisk the ingredients together until the white miso paste has dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Note: White miso soybean paste may be found in the refrigerated section at natural food stores.
