I've been cooking 1/2 cup of oats and adding 1/2 c to 3/4 c of blueberries. I also need to get serious about exercise. I think I only exercised 2 days this week.

D: Butternut squash soup and Potato Ratatouille
S: blueberries and oatmeal
Exercise 30 minutes on the water rower
