Tofu Mayonnaise

Ingredients
12.3 Ounce Package
Firm silken tofu
1 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon juice
1 Tsp
Sugar
1/2 Tsp
Salt
1/4 Tsp
Dry mustard
1/8 Tsp
White pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.This will keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
