Ingredients
                              
                  2-15 Ounce Cans                
                            
                Kidney beans, drained and rinsed              
            
                      
                              
                  2 Cups                
                            
                Fat-free spaghetti sauce              
            
                      
                              
                  2 Tsp                
                            
                Chili powder              
            
                      
                              
                  1 Tsp                
                            
                Cumin              
            
                      
                              
                  Dash                
                            
                Cayenne pepper (optional)              
            
                  Directions
                
                  Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Ladle into bowls and serve.
