Ingredients
2 Cups
Red lentils
4 Cups
Water
1 Tbsp
Soy sauce (optional)
1 Tbsp
Curry powder
1/2 Tsp
Cumin
Directions
Pick over the lentils and look for stones. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
