No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
2 Cups
Non-dairy chocolate chips
12.3 Ounces
Silken tofu (firm)
1 1/2 Cups
Natural peanut butter
1/2 Cup
Non-dairy milk
1 Cup
Non-dairy chocolate chips (optional)
1 Cup
Chopped nuts (optional)
1 Crust
Pecan-Date crust

Have your crust ready.

Melt the 2 cups of chocolate chips using the microwave or a double boiler.

In a food processor or high-powered blender, add the tofu, peanut butter, milk, and melted chocolate chips. Blend until very smooth, adding more milk, if desired.

Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
