Hearty white bread, crust removed
1/2 Cup
Vegetable stock
1 Pound
Silken tofu
2 Tablespoons
Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon
Roasted garlic
1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice
4 Teaspoons
Champagne vinegar
1 Teaspoon
Salt
1/8 Teaspoon
White pepper
Directions

Soak the bread in the vegetable stock.

Place the silken tofu in a blender or food processor and let it run until the tofu is smooth.
