Guacamole Pasta
By Heather McDougall
We love guacamole at my house. It is so easy to make and my boys love to help. Usually we eat it with baked tortilla chips, but when you add pasta it becomes a completely different dish. The addition of homegrown tomatoes really make this dish special. However, please note, avocados are high in fat, so think of this as an appetizer or salad, not an entire dish.
