Dried New Mexico chiles
2 1/2 Cups
Water
1/2
Small yellow onion, diced
1 Tbsp
Garlic granules
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed or standard blender. Blend until smooth. Stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
