Dijon Spinach Salad

10 Ounce Package Triple-washed spinach
1/2 Cup Thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
2 Cups Fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 Cup Asian-Dijon Dressing
Trim the spinach stems and tear into bite-size pieces. Add the onion and mushrooms and toss to mix. Pour the Asian Dijon Dressing (recipe in Dressings & Sauces) over and toss again. Serve at once.
