Cook Time: 5 min
Ingredients
3 Bunches
Swiss chard
1/8 To 1/4 Cup
Almond meal
1/4 Teaspoon

Directions
Wash the Swiss chard and remove the stems. Roughly chop the leaves and place them in a large skillet or pot with a few tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chard is wilted and tender, about 5–7 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid if needed. Sprinkle the almond meal, garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the chard and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute or two until heated through, then serve.
