Tahini Sauce

Serves:Makes about 2 cups

Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is therefore high in fat and calories. Make this ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until needed. This will keep for several days in the refrigerator


  • 3/4 cup roasted tahini
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (optional)
  • dash sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
