Breakfast: hash browns with peppers and onions , Cuban black beans and a vegan breakfast sausage and coffee with non dairy creamer
Lunch: whole wheat wrap( hummus ,lettuce ,onion, peppers, garbanzo beans, tofu and hot sauce) fruit salad and a fortune cookie, water
Dinner: Spaghetti and tomato sauce( tomatoes, garlic, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach ) ice tea, apple sauce
Snacks: coffee , dried pineapple and cashews
