I forgot to post last week. I am down 9.8 pounds over 2 weeks, and 6.3 of that was this week. Hope that helps the group numbers!
This was my first week of complete commitment. Prior to that I was still letting foods run out and just not replacing them. There is very little meat/fat left in the freezer I am happy to report! My husband actually seems to be on board, and my daughter will eventually quit mourning her milk and pizza! My mother who has dementia and diabetes is off all diabetes meds. She was getting 2 kinds of insulin and a pill. Her antipsychotic med dosage is coming down as I tapering her to see how little she really needs. I am off my lasix, neuralgia meds, antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic (1 year for a cellulitis that would not resolve. I quit taking it and the area is healing) and antacids. I take vitamin D still because I don't get out much. At over 400# I am no longer considered human in public, so people poke at me, video tape me and are otherwise horrible. But I am losing my fear as I begin to trust the food to heal me.
