Hello,
Got a question: Why does DrMcDougall say that it's impossible to get an omega 3 fatty acid deficiency on a vegan diet with no oil, when actually oats and cooked rice contain far more omega 6 than omega 3?

Sounds like you are asking two different questions

What is said is that it is impossible to get an omega 3 deficiency when someone follows the recommendations of this program.

What matters is not one or two foods but the total diet and when one follows the guidelines as recommended, one gets in enough omega 3 and the right ratio of omega 6 to 3
