Neal it was really disappointing. Mostly things like meditative chimes, protection angels, chiropractic, Tibet bowls, etc. More holistic less health.

I have Friday off so heading to VT. I usually go to VT 2 weekends a month but this winter was so bad I haven't been since January. We have a small cabin in the woods, so lots of hiking.
