Started Week 2 of C25K today - went well, aside from the fact that I may have gone a bit too soon after lunch. Tomorrow I think I will try and wake up early to accomplish my writing and run before the household wakes up... Of course, most days I plan to rise early and still manage to sleep in till 7:30.
My weight is still a hot mess - I'm probably eating more than I should, even though I don't feel like I'm eating into the pain. I am considering trying some SNAP meals for next week for better calorie control, but feel like it could be difficult planning SNAP meals and meals for my family. MWL is easy for all to eat - my boys just consume more starches and less veggies!
