I made the Caesar salad dressing from the Nov/06 Newsletter today as I had most of the ingredients on hand.
I only had lite Silken Tofu so I used that. Also I didn't have any capers but I found a website that said you could substitute gherkins, which is what I did.
Even with the subs, I thought this dressing tasted really good. I've never had capers before. What do they taste like? Are they similar to the taste of anchovies in the SAD version?
Anyway, just wanted to share what a great salad dressing recipe this is.

I made it also with all of the original ingredients. It is really good and a little goes a long way. I even used it on my pita bread veg sandwich. Capers are salty (remind me a little of green olives). It gives a great bite.
I also made the Smokey Chipolte Black Beans. They were wonderful and very easy!!!
