If you have been following the science of HIIT exercise, then you will recognize Dr Gibala. He is probably the foremost researcher in the world on HIIT and from McMaster University (one of the premier exercise institutes in the world). I never would have thought he would write a popular book on the subject but he just has and it will be available in a couple weeks:

Should be a great book by one of the best exercise researchers in the world.
