I have tried for years to get my cholesterol and LDL's down with no success. Then, I saw Dr. McDougall on the Church ChannelI and heard about the stach- based diet and started right away. I had been on the McDougall plan for 5 weeks and had my blood work done. I am in normal cholesterol ranges and I have lost 10 pounds! Cholesterol went from 239 to 200, and LDL's from 149 to 124! I'm convinced it will improve as time goes on. Also, after 3 days on the plan I noticed no heart arythmias and no pain in my joints. I am very thankful!!!
