Rice on the Mary's Mini

I see brown rice and wild rice on the list of starches on the Mary's Mini write up on the McDougall Website. No mention of white rice. Is white rice allowed or not? I figured the directive on the website would just say "Rice" if any kind was OK. Maybe you would please chime in Heather McDougall or Jeff Novick

From what I recall, yes, white rice is alright to use.
