This journey is one of constant small adjustments. Nothing is ever static, no matter how long you've been eating this way. If something isn't working, you tweak it and make small changes until it works better.

Happy New Year everyone! No bad foods, no alcohol, went to bed early, no hangover. Curious aside. Just watching interview with WFPB gastro Dr Will Bulsiewicz. He says new science show hangover not caused by dehydration, as we used to believe, but by damage to gut microbiome!
