If you want people to change, you have to approach them in a way that will induce them to listen and not dig their feet in and stubbornly continue on the wrong path. Anyone who has raised children knows this. However, if those webinars are for the already initiated who are eating this way, then the lively certainty which dr. McD projects is like a shot in the arm for those of us who can always use such certainty and encouragement because we live in a world where it is darn hard to eat a meal anywhere but our own homes and do so without criticism.

In this recent video, Dr mcdougall says both isolated soy protein and refined wheat protein (wheat gluten, seitan) are harmful.
