Easily understand why people are fat and sick, and how they become well by eating the “green light” foods and avoiding the “red light” ones. Please share this free picture book with your friends, family, and co-workers.
I just read an email asking for people to translate the "Dr. McDougall's Color Picture Book: Food Poisoning and How to Cure It". Before I get started, has it already been translated into German?
This is a great addition to the program. It makes it simple and easy to explain the program to others. Thank you for another great resource Dr. and Mrs. McDougall. Andrea
I haven't been here much lately, but that doesn't mean I have quit the program. I just want to say how much I like this book and I added it to my i-books on my phone. I do best on tubers rather than grains. The best part is I record my weight over time and I have remained between 54-56 kilograms over the last 3 years. I am never hungry and I eat a whenever I need to eat. Thanks Dr McDougall
I think there should be something said about nut butters in Dr McDougall's Color Picture Book
That's covered in the yellow light nuts and seeds. No, the photo doesn't specifically show them as butters, but the next panel, avocados, isn't shown as guacamole, either, but it's understood that it would be a yellow light food, too.
Actually, as I understand it, nut butter is a processed food with oil. It is a red food. It would be nice to have a clear yellow or red designation in the book.
