Now my wife is a bit petulant about the whole change of diet so far. Fortunately she isn't suffering from high blood pressure, cholesterol, and high sugar like myself.
So we're making the muffins and she is making faces at the ingredients and I said "Give it a chance the book says these are Mcdougall's favorite!" To which she replied Give me a break if he was feeding you rocks he'd be saying "these are my favorite rocks!" Yum!
So how did it turn out? She liked the muffins enough to eat them - with some homemade strawberry jam slathered on them. I took it easy on the jam...
